Franks Family Donation

The Herb Franks Family of Marengo has made a generous financial donation of $100,000 to the Marengo Area Schools Education Foundation (MASEF) in the name of Marengo Community High School District #154 for the primary purpose of providing accessibility of the high school auditorium to the community and to provide needed supplies and equipment to support community performances. »

Masterpiece of the Month

Michael

The MCHS Art Department has given the "Masterpiece of the Month" award to Jake LaMontagne for his acrylic painting of the angel Michael done during the month of September. This is a new award and it will continue to be given monthly to the artist who creates the most outstanding piece of artwork. »
