Also the FFA still has vegetable plants for sale. If you are intersted in buying plants please let a current FFA member know, the cost is $1 for a 4- pack, and $1.50 for a 4" pot. We have tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and squash.
We are having a final Video Gaming night in the Media Center on Friday, May 21st. Sign up in the Media Center to attend the 6th hr. Activity Period on Tuesday, May 18th, to plan which games and gaming systems you can bring.
Each month the faculty nominates students for “Students of the Month.” These students are selected by a faculty member for a variety of reasons any of which may include exception effort, marked and consistent improvement, consistent work of good quality, good or improved attitude and/or special recognition for one single exemplary act. The Pride Committee would like to congratulate the following students who were selected as a “Student of the Month”: Louis Ablin, Nayeli Andrade, Nichole Clark, K C Ehle, Elizabet Gonzales, Anthony Hoff, Garrett Holley, Jacob Patterson, Danielle Rupe, and Jessica Villie. These students will be honored with a pizza lunch donated by Joe’s Place on Friday, in the guidance office during the 4b lunch period.
Don’t miss the 1st Annual MCHS Talent Show this Sunday at 4:00 p.m. in the auditorium. A donation of $5.00 at the door would be appreciated. All donations go to the “Invisible Children’s Organization” which supports terrorized communities in Uganda.

HOSA would like to send out a big "thank you" to everyone who helped make our 3rd Annual Bean Baggin' 4 a Cure a success. We were able to raise over $1500 for the March of Dimes and HOSA. Congratulations to the 2010 Bean Baggin 4 a Cure champions Collin Brettschneider and Olivia Foley.
The Senior picnic/graduation committee will meet in room 2407 during 4-C lunch today.
The Reading Club party is tonight, from 6 - 9 pm in the Media Center. All Reading Club members should see Mrs. Tippins today to let her know if you will be able to attend.
