Lunch:

Breakfast sandwich, hash browns, orange juice, graham crackers, muffin, and milk.

Administration:

If you earned a GOLD PRIDE CARD, your exam exemption forms are available for pick up in the Administration Office. They must be returned no later than Monday, May 10th.

Activity Period:

There will be a Reading Club meeting during today's 3rd hr. Activity Period in the Media Center. All Reading Club members should attend to help plan end-of-the-year activities.

Interested in music, dance and having fun? Join Mrs. Mackey and Mrs. Edge during 3rd hour Activity Period today in the commons to find out more about trying out for next year's Poms Team. Clinics and tryouts that were originally scheduled for May 10th, 11th and 12th have been temporarily postponed.

The Senior Picnic / Graduation committee will meet in room 2407 during 3rd hour activity period today.

Athletics:

Senior Varsity Athletes: Don't miss the banquet for all senior varsity athletes and their families on May 18th, 6:30 at the Village Hall in Union. All varsity sr. athletes will receive their varsity plaque. Academic awards will be given as well as other special recognitions. RSVP's are due in the athletic office by Friday, May 7th.

Boys track must meet in the commons at 3:10 for our meet at Harvard today.

The freshmen girls softball game will be at home tonight.

General:

HOSA's third annual Bean Baggin' 4 a cure is this Saturday at 10 am. Come on out and play some bags have some concessions and listen to some music. $30 per team of two and there will be cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Proceeds will go to March of Dimes and HOSA. This event is open to the community.

There will be a Jazz Band rehearsal tonight at 6:00. Please see Mr. Stellmach with questions.

There will be a Multicultural Club meeting on Wednesday morning at 7:45am in Ms. Sager's room 1105. All members please be there.

Congratulations to this week’s free lunch winners: Jessica Villie, Jessica Ortiz, Mrs. Nichols, and Ms. Chayer. Students should pick up their certificates in guidance.

Anyone who needs to take the bus after Homework Haven Tuesday or Thursday needs to sign in by Noon of the day they need the bus. Please sign up for the late bus in room 2405.

Congratulations to Brittany Johannsen for receiving the Masterpiece of the Month award for her amazing work done in Ceramics class. Be sure to congratulate Britt when you see her.

Mother's Day is coming up this weekend. Buy your mother a beautiful cookbook for only $10 and support SkillsUSA at the same time. Cookbooks will be available to purchase during the lunch hour this Thursday, during lunch. A preview of the cookbook can be seen in student services, guidance, the administration office, the athletic office or the district office.

There will be a SkillsUSA meeting on Wednesday, after school at 3:10 in Ms. Sager's room 1105. All students interested in joining SkillsUSA for next year are welcome to join us. The meeting will be finished at 3:30.

There will be a mass meeting for all HOSA members on Thursday at 7:30 am in room 1104.
